As the chart says, the VT80 is extremely head-heavy. With that said, it is a great racket. I had used the AT900P/T the past year, so I didnt need to get used to these ones. Although it is head heavy, this racket has a very solid feel to it, as a result, defense has not dropped for me. Wrist-only smashes and quite good, given the right strings. If you love power, this is the best racket on the market. Also no loss in speed, as far as I know.
As for the service, MBS is amazing. I live in Canada, so it did take time to get here. I think the order itself took 2 weeks The staff replies to emails very quickly. I didn't get the rackets strung at their store, having rackets coming to a country's winter that is much much colder. They packed 2 packs of BG70 Pros, and a pair of socks to go with it.
