Updated review - AT900P 27 x 29 lbs.
My previous review was quite cowardly - being new to stringing I didn't yet have the courage to get to my ideal tension. Now that I'm here, though, BG-85 has only gone UP in my estimation. While its brother BG-80 tends to lose some power when pulled past 27 lbs or so, BG-85 has kept hold of its repulsiveness all the way up to 29. The sound remains delightfully boomy AND I now have the benefit of vastly improved control.
Durability-wise it's definitely not a "tournament" string, but if you have regular access to a stringer and take the game seriously enough, this is a fantastic top-level string to aim for.
