The best racket I have ever had the pleasure of trying. Since I can't afford one, I have entered the UK Yonex competition TWICE in the hopes of winning one!
It manages to provide 95% of the power of rackets like the NS9000X and AT900 while, somehow, being much more forgiving - I would call it "flex on demand". The frame cross section is very noticeably thinner than anything Yonex has produced before, so it cuts through the air easily like an AT900T, but doesn't wobble as much with hard hits (which is the one drawback, for me, of the 4U 900T).
The balance is perfect for doubles, so defence does not degrade at all, and it is very easy to place at the net, especially in 3U. Despite its power, I would call the Arc 10 a control racket (apparently Yonex agrees with me!). Durability is, from what I have observed from other players' rackets, excellent.
While the 9000X may be more powerful full stop, it's a very demanding racket compared to the Arc 10, whose power can be accessed much more easily by players of a lower standard, and the fact that it has been adopted by many singles AND doubles professionals shows how versatile it is. Once the user has reached the required standard it is, IMO, a racket without fault.
